Dec 28, 2020

We are on a break after wrapping up Season 2 and we are excitedly planning Season 3 BUT.....I think it is safe to say that when we discussed NY Resolutions in 2019, we had no idea what 2020 would bring the world! It's a pretty good thing we encouraged you all to NOT set goals or resolutions but to focus on VALUES, since 2020 really made us all boil life down to what really matters. So, we are re-releasing this BONUS episode: New Years Resolutions so you can head into 2021 with clarity. ENJOY!

New Years Resolutions bring out our inner grinch, so send us all the grinch memes and keep your resolutions! Since only 8% of people keep their resolutions, and even goal setting can lead to feelings of failure, what is a Mom to do? In this Bonus Episode, we explore the concept of choosing Values to align with and brainstorm goals that will help you adhere to your chosen values. Values are how you determine what is important in life which means that your values are as unique as you and, the best news is, you cannot fail at values!

  • We share the four most common resolutions Mom’s make, according to the website “Find Your Mom Tribe” (spoiler: think lots of body changes)
  • We share four values Mom’s may relate to and give you examples of how to live within that value throughout the course of a year
  • In lieu of a takeaway question, we give you 3 reflection questions to ask yourself to help identify what has brought the most meaning to your life and how this translates into values development
